Getting Script Errors in 1Channel? Try Disabling Meta Data

Lately we’ve been hearing reports of people experiencing Plugin Script Errors when using 1Channel or other video addons for XBMC. Sometimes updates are released that cause certain conflicts with previous versions of software installed.

GETTING SCRIPT ERRORS IN 1CHANNEL? TRY DISABLING META DATA

Before you begin, it would be a good idea to try Rebooting your Internet Connection and then Restart XBMC just to weed out the possibility that the Script Errors are being caused by something connection related.

Step 1: Highlight the addon you are having trouble using.

Step 2: Computer users, Right Click on the Plugin. Apple TV users, Hold the “MENU’ button on your Remote Control for 3 Seconds. iOS Device users, Tap the Plugin with Two Fingers.

Step 3: Click on the “Add-on settings” option.

Step 4: Uncheck the “Enable MetaData” field.

Step 5: Click on the “OK” button at the bottom, then return to the “Add-ons” menu under the “VIDEOS” main menu.

Congratulations! Hopefully you’ll now be experiencing less trouble using the addon.

    somehow my meta data keep turn back on automatically every time I turn it off and back out of setting on apple tv2?
