QUICKLY CONFIGURE XBMC ON YOUR APPLE TV 2 USING THE XBMCHUB WIZARD FOR WINDOWS
Requirements
- Jailbroken Apple TV 2 with XBMC Installed (preferably freshly jailbroken and installed)
- Windows Computer (PC)
- XBMCHUB Wizard Application for Windows
- Optional: Disable Antivirus for Troubleshooting
Step 1: Download and Install the “XBMCHUB Wizard” application by following the on screen prompts.
Step 2: Press the “Select AppleTV…” button and choose your desired device from the drop down list. Make sure both your computer and Apple TV box are already on the same internet connection for this to work. Verify that your Apple TV’s IP address is displayed in the lower left hand corner of the window.
Step 3: Click on the “Configure AppleTV 2″ button and wait about ten minutes for the process to complete.
Step 4: Once finished, your Apple TV 2 will automatically reboot itself and a green checkmark will be displayed within the application window.

I am new to this… I have atv2 (jailbroken) with XBMC (v11) installed using Nito.
While trying to use XBMCHUB Wizard to select it (wizard can correctly see my “bedroom apple tv”), i’m getting the message “Apple TV Not Jailbroken”. What the what?! or is it not compatible with this version?

I also am new to this…..I just installed the xbmchub wizard onto my apple tv2…….installed properly but once i am in xbmc, i cannot go back a screen……for example if i go to settings and then want to go to video, the menu button does not allow me to go back to previous screen…..also tried to get to the home symbol or the exit symbol….no luck…please help….
XBMC Wizard screen will not show up after downloading it? It goes through all the steps,but will not display when complete?
XBMCHUB Wizard cannot find my apple TV. Nothing shows up under the ‘Select Apple TV Device’… it just shows ‘Other’, with the spinning wheel (The nito installer successfully installed XBMC).
I tried closing and re-opening theXBMCHUB Wizard, as well as re-booting my computer, but still no luck. I’m running the ATV2 with SBMC open, as mentioned in the guide to installing XBMC on ATV2.
This is on a Windows7 computer.
Any idea how to get the Wizard to see my ATV@2?
