Unicode error in last GIT commit

Having an issue with the Alphabetical listings in TV Shows causing a script failure, when you click on Next >>. I installed from the GIT repo first, and dropped back to the RC6 version zip that was posted in the thread here (Latest 1channel beta from git installable from zip.). The version in the thread is all good, but the git repo is having a problem with the changes you made in on this commit: Fix missed unicode handling [bstrdsmkr].

    Here is my log.

I'm assuming this was the last commit you made? I was running that version and got this error. Went back to the plugin.video.1channel-0.1.6-b6.zip version and this error went away.

just tried the bug fix and it does work, can now list movies etc. however i went to install the Metadata packs from the settings menu, and keep getting a script error

also when listing movies with meta data enable, no info is avail after clicking ' i '

running on Win XP Pro SP3 ( for testing purpurses )

Went back to Beta 6 anf now scrapes metadata , but still cannot install any meta packs from the settings menu

Info is an Xbmc thing. We don't have access to it so we fake it by putting it in the context menu.
File host is just being temperamental. Give it a bit and try again
