can some one help me please install navi x

hi can some one help me please i have just got my apple tv 2 and have some how by miricle installed xbmc but cant figure out how tom install navi x i have ethernet wireless and micro usb but can figure out how to get this file to xbmc iv been using Tunnelier to install command line to install xbmc but cat figure out how to install navi x
and help would be very much appreciated ..................................br
