Ok I'll try ssh to the atv2, login with user: root password: alpine
Issue the command in this code box:
    Code:
    rm /var/mobile/Library/Preferences/XBMC/userdata/addon_data/Database/commoncache.db
    Restart XBMC and try again..

Oh yeah sorry, and enter the ip address of the atv2 in the host field of putty and press open.
If you are on Mac open a terminal and type ssh "ip address of the atv2" without quotes.

Can't do any better than that.

Hi all, I have been reading through all the posts on how to get Ice Films sources back after the dreaded .. problem. I am able to connect to the ATV2 using my Mac and the terminal, but when prompted for the password I use "alpine" but can't get any further. Am I doing something wrong? example below copied from Terminal

    Mervyn-Carrs-iMac:Users mervyncarr$ ssh 192.168.15.12
    mervyncarr@192.168.15.12's password:
    Permission denied, please try again.
