checked this right now , things seem to work as expected. Tv shows work very well , and some movie links work and the rest are not available as usual

Whats up with this message "you need to upgrade your real debrid account to generate a link". I get this everytime I try to play any movie thru this addon. Am I missing something?
Do we need to subscribe (pay monthly fee) with read debrid? I have a free account created on that site.
Please guide.

Yes you need to subscribe for a package with them.

Sounds like you did not enter your realdebrid username and password into the resolver. Or using a free account?
