Nice find:
Looks like iFile links are blazing fast.
They have RSS which would make the Addon pretty quick
They include screenshot samples to show quality
They get revenue through adfly, so I don't think we'd negatively affect that

On the flip side:
Their multi-part content is a text file with the link parts, not the actual links. If the text files aren't consistent, that could pose a problem.
Their multi-part files are mostly multi-part .rars. Streaming those can be done, but it's a PITA
